Santa Clara Square

Working with architect Pei Cobb Freed & Partners, Burton Studio provided the site planning and design for this Class A office campus located in Silicon Valley. Composed of eight buildings, the project has been designed in unison with a master plan that includes high-density housing, neighborhood-serving retail, and numerous restaurants. Monumental Redwood trees have been protected on site to preserve the character of the northern California environment. The relationship of the interior and exterior spaces is further strengthened through the use of organic materials and geometric arrangements that echo the architecture. Various amenity spaces include both large and intimate meeting areas, cooking and entertainment hubs, an outdoor library, and bocce, volleyball, and basketball courts.
