Arizona Biltmore

Burton Studio joined with PHX Architects to reimagine this historic Frank Lloyd Wright property in Phoenix, Arizona. The new overall master plan for the Arizona Biltmore incorporated an outdoor bar and framing water feature, an adult pool, and remodeling of the existing family pool that is now augmented by a signature waterslide. The site improvements extend to the revitalized front entry and arrival experience and several event lawns that are distributed throughout the property. Burton Studio additionally worked with Douglas Fredrikson Architects to shape a new outdoor spa area, creating a desert oasis for hotel guests. Our team exercised great care throughout the design process to preserve the design heritage bestowed upon the property by Frank Lloyd Wright while also creating a series of spectacular new amenities for patrons.
