Villas Fashion Island

The Villas Fashion Island property represents the highest level of apartment living in close proximity to the luxury retail hub, Fashion Island, and its many surrounding work places. Within the lush confines of the development, four resort-style pools accentuate the courtyards and provide gathering places for residents. A linear, palm-lined allée runs through the property and serves as a central organizing spine for numerous amenities. The design incorporates two large event lawns to host functions and provide open play areas for residents and their pets alike. At the project entry and throughout the property, heritage olive trees provide scale to the podium architecture. Specimen trees and palms salvaged from the office campus that previously occupied the site have been reused to create the impressive stature of the perimeter landscape.
