The Village was the initial 1,500 unit phase of a 3,000 dwelling unit master plan located on approximately 31 acres within Irvine Spectrum. Just a short walk from Irvine Spectrum Center, the regional shopping mall, The Village is a four story product designed around recreational courtyards, constructed over below grade parking.
